What’s It Like to Work at AJ?

The support and development that I have received from Andersen James has been second to none, during the pandemic the Directors have invested heavily in an external trainer which has really accelerated my development. Over the last 8 months I have had 3 promotions, from Consultant through to Manager, and last month I earnt a £13,000 bonus. I joined Andersen James recently from a generic sales background, not really knowing what to expect from a recruitment business.
