Our Processes

01. Search

The search team will include a researcher, our delivery team and a Partner. Focused on both local and broader national markets, we deliver candidates that are able to drive change and lead diverse teams effectively.

02. Assessment

All our candidates participate in early candidate profiling and complete a written assessment which has been tailored to each unique search mandate. This assesses specific competencies which will also aide our clients interview process.

03. Benchmarking

To ensure our shortlist is properly aligned to the brief, we are able to introduce for interview an early benchmark candidate into the process. This is a good opportunity to do some due diligence on the initial brief.

04. Screening

The screening process consists of in-depth competency-based interviews which have been tailored to the brief and detailed written assessments. We are also able to utilise psychometric testing where required by our client.

05. Shortlist

Once all candidates have been thoroughly screened a shortlist will be selected and presented to the client. We are also able to include any market information around competitors, salary benchmarking and D&I stats that will be useful to the process.

06. Offer management

We act on behalf of our client, managing expectation at times whilst providing guidance throughout the process. Our team can also manage the referencing process where appropriate, pre or/ and post offer.
