Tom, along with his business partner Jonathan Falkingham, founded Urban Splash in 1993. Since then, the company has built more than 5000 homes and 1.5m sq ft of workspaces.
They’ve won more than 420 awards since they launched.
Urban Splash survived the global financial crisis of 2008 and still manages to thrive today. This is largely due to exceptional leadership and forward-thinking strategies.
