This growth strategy will be spearheaded by the appointment of seasoned industry expert Jason, who will step into an influential role as Group CEO. In the new structure, company founder James Leighton assumes the role of Group COO. Jason’s impressive track record adds to the company’s expertise in their existing sectors, bolsters their RPO and managed service delivery capability, and fuels plans for geographical expansion.
It’s an exciting time for the company, offering huge opportunities for boots on the ground in fresh locations. New and existing team members will be able to travel and grow their careers with the business, with offices and board directors on both sides of the pond.
This evolution is powered by a substantial investment, laying the foundation for a new era of exponential growth. Increasing its global presence throughout the year will also facilitate AJ’s development into adjacent sectors, such as renewables, infrastructure and data centres.
Upcoming initiatives will include a number of significant new hires, the imminent opening of their South of England location, and an extensive office rollout programme. In the US, AJ recently established a presence in Miami and Austin, with further launches planned in Boston and Orlando later this year.
